We just can’t get enough of this wonderful dry Moscato and this is perhaps the best we have tried from Ezio. From a direct press that rests in old casks and vat, bottled young, unfiltered with no additions. So very open and inviting, the nose has fistfuls of flowers, but perhaps what is most impressive is a pronounced minerality you perhaps do not expect in a Moscato from this part of the world.
“Wine is made in the vineyards. In the cellar, if you’re good, you try not to ruin it!”
This is the winery’s philosophy.
