The Adama range showcases winemaker Corlea Fourie's mastery of blending. This is an innovative red wine boasting a skillful blend of unusual varietals that thrive in our local climate. The 2017 vintage is composed of: 52% Shiraz, 20% Mourvedre, 11% Cinsaut, 9% Grenache Noir, 4% Primitivo, 2% Viognier, 1% Nero d`Avola, and 1% Tempranillo. Notes of raspberry supported by a mixture of spicy cinnamon, white pepper, and light mocha aromas. The components are all handled separately and matured in both new American and older French oak.
